Brittney Newland

Brittney Newland was born in, and currently resides in, Columbus, Indiana. Mrs. Newland attended the University of Evansville where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2005. Afterward, she attended Indiana State University where she obtained her Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology in 2008. In 2009, Mrs. Newland began working as the Pretrial Release Probation Officer for Bartholomew County Court Services. In 2011, Mrs. Newland began law school at Robert H. McKinney School of Law at Indiana University – Indianapolis.

Mrs. Newland joined Voyles Zahn & Paul in 2012 as a law clerk working for Mr. James H. Voyles and Ms. Jennifer M. Lukemeyer. In addition, she served as a clerk to the Honorable Stephan Heimann, Bartholomew County Circuit Court Judge for a semester. Upon being admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2014 she transitioned into her current attorney role at Voyles, Zahn & Paul.

Brittney Newland’s practice focuses on criminal defense, dissolution of marriage, and adoption. She is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association.
